This Payment Policy explains payment methods and checkout protection for orders placed through Neatva, operated by BIOGIENE INVESTMENTS PTY LTD. Our goal is to keep the process simple and helpful, from browsing through delivery and any after-sale questions. Our checkout is powered by Shopify Payments.
The checkout page is the final place to review the order value, available payment method, shipping cost, and any applicable tax before submitting payment. The store keeps its customer-facing information consistent for Germany orders, including shipping scope, support contact details, and refund timing.

NO CREDIT CARD STORAGE

All prices on our website are listed and charged in USD. The total final price, including applicable shipping costs, will be clearly itemized and displayed at the checkout page before you authorize payment. We never charge any hidden processing fees, handling fees, or unannounced taxes.

ORDER REVIEW FOR KITCHEN ACCESSORIES
Payment review is separate from product review, but order records may identify the selected Neatva item, quantity, checkout email, delivery country, and billing result so the order can move through fulfillment correctly. A payment issue does not change the listed return window, shipping cost, or product information; it only affects whether the order can be processed.
CUSTOMER PAYMENT QUESTIONS
If a customer asks about a payment connected to a produce-rinsing item, we may ask for the order number and checkout email. Customers should never send full card numbers, security codes, or payment passwords by email.

CHECKOUT REVIEW BEFORE FULFILLMENT
For Neatva orders, payment approval must be completed before a clip-on strainer, sink colander, or rinse funnel is prepared for shipping. If a payment is declined, pending, duplicated, or flagged for review, the order may pause even when product inventory appears available.
REFUNDS CONNECTED TO RETURN REVIEW
When a return is approved, the refund follows the original payment method and the return policy timing. Product inspection may confirm whether the item matches the order record, whether the package contents are complete, and whether the request concerns delivery damage, wrong item, or a customer-return reason.
NO PAYMENT DETAILS BY EMAIL
Neatva support can help locate an order using the order number, checkout email, item name, or delivery details. Customers should not send credit card numbers, CVV codes, bank passwords, one-time codes, or wallet login details when asking about a payment.
PAYMENT STATUS AND SHIPPING TIMING
A produce strainer order is not prepared for carrier handoff until payment authorization is successful. If payment review delays the order, the shipping timeline begins after the payment issue is resolved and the order can enter normal handling.
